Our main products

Light steel products: 0.5-10mm thick, such as sheet metal products, handrials, solar brackets, automobile parts, pipes, brass products etc. Precise tolerance up to: ± 0.05mm.

Medium and heavey steel products: 10-300mm thick, such as mining machinery racks, gears, wind-power base or cage and wearable parts; Precise tolerance: ± 0.2mm.

Various steel products fabricating service

1-300mm thick, such as cutting, bending, welding, drilling, machining, painting, galvanising etc. Tolerance: ± 2mm

Raw material: 4-60mm thick wear plates; Which NM450(equivalent to Hardox 450) exported Rank No. 1 in China since 2018.

3 Flame Cutting machines(up to 600mm thick); 2 Plasma Cutting machines; 2 Laser Cutting Machines(process L10m*W2.2m*T1mm to 50mm); Bending Machine(process up to T35mm); 500T punch machine; Various CNC Machining Equip including 4 Radial Drills, 2 Flattening Machines, 5 Planomillers, 3 Boring Mills and 5 Lathes(process up to L6m*W2.5m*H1.8m), own 180T heat treatment(QT) ability.

At Xiamen 5S workshop: IATF16949 certified

118 punch machines; 10 hydraulic press machine;
